For existing clients. Therapy works best with some rhythm and consistency, so most people meet at a regular weekly or biweekly time. The online booking system is best used for occasional rescheduling or when we’re finding a new time that fits.

Virtual Psychotherapy

I offer existential, relational therapy that blends psychological insight with meaning-making and embodied awareness. My approach is nonpathologising, collaborative and makes space for rational, intuitive and traditional ways of knowing. Together, we’ll explore grief, purpose, burnout and identity at a pace that respects your nervous system and inner world.

There’s no need to mask, perform or have everything figured out. You can show up messy, articulate, quiet or unsure. Therapy with me is a place to slow down and make sense of things together.
