I work with thoughtful, capable people who are tired of having to make sense of everything on their own. Many of my clients live with anxiety, the lingering effects of early life experiences or questions about identity and meaning that don’t lend themselves to quick answers.
My approach is existential, experiential and relational. We move at a pace that prioritises steadiness and candor. Working with me means not racing to resolution before you’re ready, and I don’t deal in false positivity. I’m interested in understanding how your ways of being came to make sense, what they’ve protected and what they’re costing you now.
Therapy here isn’t about fixing you or performing insight. It’s a collaborative process of paying attention together, over time, so that something different has room to emerge. You don’t need to know where to begin to get started.
